Dr Tanya has a keen passion for all aspects of dentistry, but particularly enjoys providing services in preventive, aesthetic and implant dentistry. Some of the treatments she performs include routine dental check-ups and cleans, dental implants, teeth whitening, fillings, dental veneers, injectables and much more.

Qualifications
Dr Tanya Dalati completed both of her degrees in Medical Science and Dentistry with honours at the University of Sydney. A Bachelor of Medical Science is a gateway to higher levels of medical study and entails a three-year study period where Dr Tanya learned about the structure and function of the human body, from the tiniest molecular level all the way to the whole system. Courses within the degree consisted of basic sciences such as, chemistry, biology, microbiology, biochemistry, physics and psychology, and more complex medical science units such as cell structure and function, sensory and motor functions, microbes and body defences, diseases in society, anatomy, histology, philosophy of science, immunology, infectious diseases, pharmacology, pathology, and physiology.

After completion of her Medical Science degree, Dr Tanya then went on to learn more about the practices of dentistry by completing a Bachelor of Dentistry, also at the University of Sydney. A Bachelor of Dentistry prepares students for professional registration and to readily practice dentistry upon graduation. The degree enhanced Dr Tanya’s skills and knowledge further to ensure that her practices are safe, ethical, informative, and compassionate. With such wealth of knowledge, you can be sure you’re in safe hands.
Achievements
Dr Tanya is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she has been involved with cutting-edge research at the forefront of dentistry. She has worked closely with Professor Graham Roberts, Head of Paediatric Dentistry at the prestigious King’s College in London, to complete a Dental Age Assessment, which is now published in the International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry. During her medical science degree, Dr Tanya published a journal article in the International Journal of Neuroscience, which focuses on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, (SIDS). Since then, Dr Tanya has presented her significant results at numerous conferences and is accredited by the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry for implant placement.
